- DashCams (Internal): Record video and audio within the cabin.
Note: Entry into a Gajagaminni vehicle constitutes consent to be recorded. These recordings are used strictly for safety audits, investigating disputes, or as evidence in legal proceedings.

Gajagaminni Driver Code of Conduct
1. Safety First Protocol
- Surveillance Integrity: Drivers must never tamper with, cover, or disable the GPS Tracking System or the dual-channel DashCam. These tools are there for your protection against false claims.
- Zero Tolerance: Use of mobile phones while driving (unless hands-free for navigation), driving under the influence, or reckless speeding is strictly prohibited.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Drivers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is in top mechanical condition and that all safety features (seatbelts, airbags) are functional.
2. Professionalism & Ethics
- Respectful Interaction: Treat every passenger with courtesy. Avoid controversial topics such as politics, religion, or personal grievances.
- Non-Discrimination: Gajagaminni has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination based on race, gender, religion, disability, or orientation.
- Privacy: Do not share passenger details or recordings from the DashCam on social media or with unauthorized third parties.
3. Operational Standards
- Punctuality: Arrive at the pickup location on time. If a delay is unavoidable, communicate via the app immediately.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, odor-free cabin. A professional environment reflects the Gajagaminni brand and ensures higher ratings.
- Route Accuracy: Follow the GPS-suggested route unless the passenger explicitly requests an alternative.
4. Incident Reporting
- Immediate Notification: Any accident, no matter how minor, must be reported to the Gajagaminni support team within 30 minutes.
- Conflict Resolution: In case of a dispute with a passenger, remain calm and professional. Remind the passenger that the vehicle is under DashCam surveillance for the safety of both parties, and escalate the matter to management for review.
5. Driver Rights & Protection
- Right to Refuse: You have the right to refuse service if a passenger is being physically aggressive, verbally abusive, or appears to be engaging in illegal activity.
- Evidence Access: In the event of an incident, you have the right to request a review of the DashCam and GPS data to support your case during internal or legal investigations.

- Zero Tolerance Zone: Any verbal or physical abuse toward the driver will result in immediate trip termination and reporting to authorities.
- Respect the Ride: Please refrain from eating, smoking, or vaping inside this vehicle.
- Your safety is our priority. Please do not distract the driver while the vehicle is in motion.
3. Safety & Compliance
- Buckle Up: Seatbelt use is mandatory for all passengers by law.
