By accessing and using the GajaGaminni platform or vehicles, you (the "Passenger") agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure a secure environment for our passengers, drivers, and corporate assets.

1. Mandatory Safety & Surveillance Disclosure

For the protection of our employees and the prevention of fraudulent claims, all GajaGaminni vehicles are equipped with:

  • GPS Tracking: Active monitoring of vehicle location, speed, and route.
  • Dual-channel DashCams: Continuous video and audio recording of both the exterior (road) and interior (cabin).
  • Consent: By entering a GajaGaminni vehicle, you provide explicit and irrevocable consent to being recorded. This data may be used in dispute resolution, insurance claims, or provided to law enforcement.

2. User Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy

GajaGaminni maintains a safe working environment for its drivers. The following actions will result in immediate trip termination without refund and a permanent ban:

  • Physical or Verbal Abuse: Any threat, harassment, or assault toward a driver or staff member.
  • Illegal Acts: Carrying illicit substances, weapons, or engaging in illegal activities.
  • Vandalism: Intentional damage to the vehicle or tampering with safety equipment (GPS/DashCams).
  • Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • Personal Belongings: GajaGaminni is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
  • Service Delays: While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical failure.
  • Employee Safety: We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the pickup location or passenger behavior is deemed unsafe for the driver.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Cleaning Fees: Passengers are liable for a cleaning fee (starting at ₹500) for any significant mess (soiling, vomiting, or spillages).
  • Damage Costs: If a passenger damages vehicle components (seats, screens, windows), they will be billed for the full cost of repair and loss of business hours.
  • Cancellation: Standard cancellation fees apply once a driver has reached the pickup location.

5. Data Usage & Legal Compliance

  • GajaGaminni complies with all applicable data protection laws.
  • Surveillance footage is treated as confidential and is only accessed during "Trigger Events" (accidents, complaints, or criminal reports).
  • We reserve the right to share location and video data with emergency services or legal authorities if an incident occurs during your journey.

6. Termination of Service

Drivers have the absolute right to refuse or end a ride if they feel their safety, or the safety of the vehicle, is at risk. In such cases, the passenger remains liable for the fare up to the point of termination.
